Hi, I’m Sally, LMHC.

I’m here to help you improve your relationships, work through your fears, discover your worth, and do more of what you love to do.

I help couples and individuals who yearn for a deeper sense of connection, whether it be with themselves, their partner, their friends, their family, or the other significant people in their lives.

We can get so caught up in the daily grind, in our fears and insecurities, in the belief that we aren’t good enough, that we forget: as human beings, we are hard-wired for connection. We are inherently worthy of love and capable of connecting with ourselves, our world, and the people in it.

I want to help you feel deeply known and understood. To let go of your inner critic and feel confident in who you are. To cultivate a deep sense of closeness and security with those you love.
